We focus on writing & recording about training and how it effects your life, with the conviction that you can strengthen your body and your soul.
We write about integrating the five bodies (physical, energy, mental, intuitive and spiritual) to allow unconventional things to happen, with the belief that the work we do should be both fun and meaningful.
We showcase advice from leading thinkers and modern adventurers, including our own journeys to more than 25 countries to showcase thoughts that might not be found otherwise.
The key theme that links each of these topics is autonomy. We define autonomy as “having the freedom to say no to external influence, to gain independence” or “the refusal of established customs, attitudes, or ideas.”
